
If you are having problems please do the following:
If you use Internet Explorer up 6.0:
Click on the Tools at the top of the menu.
Next select Internet Options
Then in the Temporary internet Files area click on the following buttons:
Delete Cookies..
Delete FilesNow close out of Internet Explorer and then try to re-logon

If you use Internet Explorer 7:
Click on the Tools at the top of the menu.
Next select Internet Options
Then in the Browsing History area click on the following buttons:
Delete
Now in the Delete Browser History window click on:Delete files...
Delete cookies...
Then click on Close and close out of your Interent Explorer and re-open it. Now try to logon to the Webmail.

If you use FIREFOX:
Click on the Tools at the top of the menu.
Next select Options
Then in the Private Data area click on the following button:
Clear Now
Now close out of FireFox and then try to re-logon
